Responsibilities

• Coordinate intercampus HR programs across international sites including Delaware, Frankfurt, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo
• Support global HR campaigns such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and R&D expert community tracking
• Manage headcount tracking and job openings in collaboration with local HR and management control
• Lead the annual recruitment campaign for internships and apprenticeships, including needs assessment and manager advisory
• Organize onboarding sessions and integration seminars for new arrivals and students
• Assist with HR administration, including payroll element tracking and overtime monitoring
• Support contract management, compliance, and the implementation of company agreements
• Contribute to training plan management and the collection of training needs

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (University or Business School) specializing in Human Resources or Project Management
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for regular coordination with international campuses
• Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of rigor and confidentiality
• Proactive mindset with the ability to propose new initiatives for HR roadmaps (e.g., QVT, Diversity)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with an HRIS, ideally Workday
• Strong affinity for HR data and numerical analysis
