Alternance - Innovation Excellence F/H

Responsibilities

• Participate in the review and selection of innovation ideas proposed by employees
• Monitor decision-making processes and report on innovation initiatives
• Improve and configure performance dashboards in collaboration with IT teams
• Configure and parameterize the digital innovation management system for campaign collection and selection
• Provide technical support to system users
• Manage relationships with software vendors, including updates and evolutions
• Contribute to internal communication regarding innovation topics

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Innovation Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science
• Strong skills in analyzing data quality and relevance
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Qliksense, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Ability to automate analysis tasks and report generation
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and presentation skills
• Rigorous, organized, and proactive mindset
