Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in the preparation, analysis, and exploitation of sales and activity data.
• Support sales management in implementing commercial strategies and improving operational excellence within the Oncology Business Unit.
• Act as an internal consultant to the sales team to optimize commercial operations and resource allocation.
• Propose new ideas for improving dashboards, commercial deployment processes, and resource optimization.
• Participate in product development strategies through segmentation, targeting, and competitive intelligence exercises.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving decision-making tools, regional budget management, and action plans.
• Support the evolution of the commercial model by helping teams improve their data analysis and activity optimization skills.
• Assist in proposing innovative motivation and variable compensation systems for medical representatives.

Requirements

• Expertise in data analysis and exploitation.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy support and implementation.
• Ability to participate in market intelligence, segmentation, and targeting exercises.
• Proven interest or experience in process optimization and operational excellence.
• Ability to work within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
