About the role
Responsibilities
- Support corporate finance and capital management activities for the group
- Perform impairment tests and goodwill reviews using DCF and ANR methods
- Track subsidiary financial performance, social accounts, and legal entity structure
- Assist with internal restructurings, capital allocation, dividend flows, and recapitalizations
- Monitor solvency, profitability, and prudential regulatory requirements
- Help prepare quarterly subsidiary management committees and related materials
- Contribute occasionally to M&A projects, including valuation and financial modeling
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance (Bac +4/5) in progress
- Business school or university background
- Strong corporate finance and analytical skills
- Excellent written and spoken French and English
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- VBA and/or Power BI experience appreciated
- Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- First exposure to Bloomberg or similar financial tools
- Team spirit and autonomy
- Initiative and active listening
