Alternance - Analyste Corporate Finance & Gestion du Capital

Responsibilities

• Support corporate finance and capital management activities for the group
• Perform impairment tests and goodwill reviews using DCF and ANR methods
• Track subsidiary financial performance, social accounts, and legal entity structure
• Assist with internal restructurings, capital allocation, dividend flows, and recapitalizations
• Monitor solvency, profitability, and prudential regulatory requirements
• Help prepare quarterly subsidiary management committees and related materials
• Contribute occasionally to M&A projects, including valuation and financial modeling

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance (Bac +4/5) in progress
• Business school or university background
• Strong corporate finance and analytical skills
• Excellent written and spoken French and English
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• VBA and/or Power BI experience appreciated
• Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• First exposure to Bloomberg or similar financial tools
• Team spirit and autonomy
• Initiative and active listening
