Alternance - Amélioration continue

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on plant-level projects
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE (TRS) and PPM to drive improvements
• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement workshops and projects
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to teams on the production floor

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering school (Master 1 or Master 2 level)
• Specialization in Continuous Improvement or related industrial engineering field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and with high rigor
