Alpha Product Implementation Strategy and Standards, Senior Vice President

Responsibilities

• Own the global delivery of Middle Office product implementations for the Alpha platform, leading multi-regional teams across various practice areas.
• Design and execute scalable operating models that translate platform capabilities into operationally sound middle-office solutions.
• Act as the primary execution interface to Product and Technology teams to shape functional requirements and integration needs.
• Ensure delivery discipline, operational readiness, and risk mitigation across complex, multi-asset implementations.
• Build and lead a global implementation organization, scaling capacity and developing senior talent to support geographic expansion.
• Set firmwide Alpha implementation standards in partnership with Sales, Product, and Solutions to ensure commercially viable and repeatable delivery models.
• Drive ROI realization and value capture through standardization, reuse, and AI-enabled transformation of operating models.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in global delivery and managing large, multi-regional professional teams.
• Deep expertise in Middle Office products and services (e.g., Cash Services, Trade Lifecycle, Investment Accounting, or Collateral Management).
• Extensive experience in operating model design and industrializing complex financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as an enterprise connector across Product, Technology, and Operations.
• Demonstrated ability in risk mitigation and maintaining regulatory compliance within complex implementations.
• Experience in scaling organizations and driving operational efficiencies through standardization.
