Alpha Implementation Test Manager

Responsibilities

• Represent State Street Alpha in client engagements, setting expectations and guiding the testing journey
• Manage financial planning and resource allocation for the testing team
• Lead strategic delivery and oversee a global team of functional and automation testers
• Drive adoption of best practices, testing standards, and robotic test automation
• Develop and deliver internal and client-facing documentation, including proposals, playbooks, and test plans
• Explore AI integration opportunities to enhance automation capabilities and reduce manual effort
• Plan and execute testing activities while providing regular updates to senior leadership

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in financial or technology transformation
• 5+ years of experience leading project teams across internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Information Systems
• Deep understanding of portfolio management, trading, compliance, and risk across major asset classes
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with test automation, specifically the UiPath Test Suite
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
