Alpha Implementation Test Manager - Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform testing strategy and execution for Alpha global implementations
• Manage a global team of functional and automation testers
• Represent State Street Alpha in client engagements to set expectations and guide the testing journey
• Oversee financial planning and resource allocation for the testing team
• Drive the adoption of best practices, testing standards, and robotic test automation
• Explore AI integration opportunities to enhance automation capabilities and reduce manual effort
• Develop and deliver internal and client-facing documentation, including proposals, playbooks, and test plans
• Plan and execute testing activities while providing regular updates to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Management, or Information System Management
• 12+ years of overall professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in financial or technology transformation
• 5+ years of experience leading project teams across internal and external stakeholders
• Deep understanding of portfolio management, trading, compliance, and risk across major asset classes
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with test automation, specifically the UiPath Test Suite
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with electronic trading platforms and portfolio management theory
