Alpha Implementation Test Lead, Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end test execution for Alpha implementations, ensuring alignment with program milestones and delivery objectives
• Own and govern testing aspects including strategy, detailed planning, scheduling, and execution management
• Oversee defect management, triage, resolution governance, and risk management
• Provide project management oversight for testing workstreams, including dependency management and issue escalation
• Act as the primary testing interface for Implementation Leads, PMO, business stakeholders, and technology partners
• Partner with System Performance and Automation teams to integrate performance testing and drive automation adoption
• Lead globally distributed, multi-vendor teams to ensure consistent application of testing standards and best practices
• Deliver transparent, data-driven test reporting and executive communications to senior leadership

Requirements

• 15+ years of overall professional experience, with significant involvement in large-scale financial or technology transformation programs
• 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in client-facing environments
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex testing programs within financial services
• Deep understanding of front, middle, and back-office workflows, data flows, and integration patterns
• Proficiency in Agile and hybrid delivery models using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, Management, or a related field
