Alpha Implementation Test Associate - Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform testing and strategic delivery for large-scale client transformation programs
• Manage resource allocation and oversee a global team of functional and automation testers
• Represent the company in client engagements, setting expectations and guiding the testing journey
• Design test strategies and approaches aligned with client service models
• Script, run, and troubleshoot robotic test automation
• Champion the adoption of AI-driven testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality
• Coordinate with US/UK stakeholders, third-party vendors, and SSC clients
• Produce test metrics and timely status reporting for management

Requirements

• 4-9 years of functional testing experience with deep expertise in Capital Markets
• 3+ years of experience leading project teams across internal and external stakeholder groups
• Hands-on experience with Investment Banking applications across Front, Middle, and Back Office
• Proficiency with test management tools including JIRA, Confluence, and SQL
• Experience with test automation management tools such as UiPath
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-driven testing approaches
• Ability to work flexible hours (APAC/UK) when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Information System Management
• Deep understanding of global portfolio management and financial servicing, including trading, compliance, and risk
