Alpha Implementation Test Associate - Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Represent State Street GCI in client engagements, setting expectations and guiding clients through the end-to-end testing journey
• Manage resource allocation and oversee a global team of functional and automation testers
• Lead strategic delivery initiatives and contribute to the implementation model within GCI
• Drive the adoption of best practices, testing standards, and process excellence
• Script, run, and troubleshoot robotic test automation
• Champion the adoption of AI-driven testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality
• Act as a backup to the Test Lead, producing test metrics and status reporting for management
• Coordinate with US/UK teams and third-party vendors, with flexibility to work APAC/UK hours when required

Requirements

• 4-9 years of experience in functional testing with a solid understanding of Capital Markets
• 3+ years of experience leading project teams across internal and external stakeholder groups
• Hands-on experience with Investment Banking applications across Front, Middle, and Back Office
• Proven capability in designing Test Strategy and Test Approach aligned with client service models
• Proficiency with Test Management Tools including JIRA, Confluence, and SQL
• Experience with Test Automation Management Tools such as UiPath
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-driven testing approaches
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Information System Management
