Alpha Implementation Lead – (ETN) Blotter, Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Alpha Client (ETN) Blotters by managing client onboarding onto test and production environments.
• Partner with PMO and project managers to create integrated project plans for blotter implementation.
• Host sessions with client counterparts to define blotter inventories and finalize business requirements.
• Manage a team of analysts to translate client business requirements into technical specification documents.
• Oversee workstream delivery from initial analysis through development, testing, and live conversion.
• Drive post-implementation BAU change management and provide oversight for offshore analyst teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and time to market.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of industry experience in Middle Office functionality, analytics, and applications.
• BS degree in Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Access.
• Strong business requirements gathering and functional documentation skills.
• Proven ability to analyze complex client use cases and large data sets.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronic trading platforms such as Charles River, Bloomberg, or Thinkfolio.
• Experience with Transaction Management lifecycle operations and vendor applications.
• Working knowledge of Listed and Unlisted products.
