Alpha Digital Collateral Management Product Lead - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and growth of digital collateral business solutions and distributed ledger products
• Manage all aspects of project execution, including planning, analysis, and completion
• Define business requirements and user stories to support target operating model design
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Digital, Custody, Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance
• Oversee collateral scoping, including products, legal agreements, and asset types
• Perform risk management, quality assurance, and validation of functional design artefacts
• Provide timely updates on workstream plans, risks, issues, and dependencies to central governance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience within the financial services sector
• Proven experience in Collateral Services
• Strong knowledge of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and related regulatory activity
• Understanding of market trends in crypto and tokenized assets
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Clarity
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage senior executive relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced or graduate degree
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
