Alpha Data Operations Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely client data within agreed scopes and schedules
• Act as a subject matter expert for processes and platforms, performing root cause analysis on data issues
• Participate in internal and client testing phases and manage post-production transitions
• Collaborate with Implementation, Service Management, and IT teams to standardize global processes
• Perform end-to-end data validation and enrichment to maintain data integrity across multiple systems
• Build and optimize SQL queries to identify breaks and enhance process efficiency
• Maintain expertise in data interfaces and connectivity to ensure smooth BAU deliveries

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Strong SQL knowledge with hands-on experience in database or data warehouse environments
• Background in data analytics or software development
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Middle Office Operations, Transaction Management, or Corporate Actions
• Experience with Derivatives, Performance & Analytics, or similar investment industry domains
• Experience working with Product and Technology teams to provide requirements for automation initiatives
