Alpha Client Data Integration Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and understand client data in relation to trade flows and agreed operating models
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Transaction Management workstreams, including OTC Trade Directives and ETD Trade Matching
• Articulate business requirements for strategic product enhancements and Alpha F2B vision
• Work with external parties to agree on messaging standards and build bespoke formats
• Detail and understand trade flows for all financial instruments in scope for client implementations
• Identify gaps in transaction management processes and track them through delivery and testing
• Support project management activities including onboarding plans, timelines, and issue logs
• Document all processes from both a setup and market knowledge SME perspective
• Drive automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk

Requirements

• 2-4 years of industry experience with front, middle, and back office functionality
• Strong working knowledge of Listed and Unlisted products
• Expertise in Transaction Management and middle office services
• Proven ability in complex business data analysis, functional requirements gathering, and data mapping
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging and common file communication protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• BS degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering
• Competency in Agile Methodology and associated tools
