Alpha Change Management Lead, Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage changes in scope from service definition to go-live for the State Street Alpha implementation team.
• Support the triage of new client change requests and facilitate professional challenge to protect client and company interests.
• Identify and engage stakeholders to drive the delivery and approval of high-quality impact assessment documentation.
• Ensure correct governance is followed for non-standard solutions and align changes with Alpha Standards.
• Track the financial impact of changes, drive revenues, and ensure all non-chargeable work is recorded.
• Collaborate with workstream leads to address change impacts against project milestones and escalate significant risks to Senior Management.
• Drive accountability of stakeholders through clear priorities and assignment of actions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Change Management processes and Alpha Standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably within asset management or investment operations.
• Proven experience in Project or Change Management.
• Experience in external client management and handling client-facing engagements.
• Strong understanding of outsourced operations, specifically middle office models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in global virtual teams.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with front and middle office operating models, business analysis, or data management.
