Alpha ADS TechOps Analyst, Associate

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation teams in ADS to ensure timely client delivery
• Coordinate code deployments across multiple client environments and regions
• Manage daily requests and track them through to closure using JIRA and ServiceNow
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and infrastructure groups to provision and troubleshoot connectivity
• Create configuration files in GitHub and manage interface deployments using TeamCity and CI/CD pipelines
• Execute DML Snowflake scripts in client environments
• Assist with production deployments, ensuring all necessary change tickets and approvals are in place

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 2 years of IT experience
• 2-3 years of experience with cloud-based data services, specifically Azure and Snowflake
• Proficiency with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Enterprise Data Management, and Data Warehousing principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize technical details succinctly
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Certification
• Snowflake Certification
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
