About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations at Volvo Service Points, including inventory reception, storage, picking, and replenishment
- Maintain physical and system-based control of spare parts and tools, ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse
- Handle administrative tasks for the service workshop, such as scheduling services and opening/tracking work orders
- Manage billing processes for spare parts, labor, and other service lines within Volvo systems
- Initiate and document warranty and campaign processes in accordance with company standards
- Provide administrative support for workshop supplies, including uniforms, safety equipment, and general tools
- Assist with quotes for parts and labor for general service orders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in administrative or control roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Basic to intermediate English language skills
