Responsibilities

• Manage the reception and unloading of materials on-site using own means or subcontractors
• Physically participate in unloading processes when using company equipment
• Deliver materials to subcontractors and ensure delivery documents are signed
• Coordinate with superintendents and administration to ensure unloading equipment is available
• Perform warehouse inventories as required
• Ensure correct storage conditions following supplier instructions
• Maintain order and cleanliness in storage areas
• Organize and identify shelving and storage zones for efficient material location

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a construction warehouse worker
• Valid forklift operator license (Carne de carretillero)
• Spanish language proficiency (B2 level or higher)
