About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including wheel loaders and mobile crushing/screening plants
- Perform internal site transport using trucks
- Assist in the production and processing of gravel and split
- Conduct minor maintenance and repair work on machines and equipment
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for facilities, workshops, and the plant grounds
- Ensure safe and environmentally conscious operation of all machinery in compliance with safety regulations
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training
- Experience operating construction or heavy machinery
- Valid Class C driver's license
- Strong technical understanding and interest in modern production technologies
- Reliable, structured, and independent working style with a high awareness of safety
- Ability to work effectively within a team
