Allrounder

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including wheel loaders and mobile crushing/screening plants
• Perform internal site transport using trucks
• Assist in the production and processing of gravel and split
• Conduct minor maintenance and repair work on machines and equipment
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for facilities, workshops, and the plant grounds
• Ensure safe and environmentally conscious operation of all machinery in compliance with safety regulations

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training
• Experience operating construction or heavy machinery
• Valid Class C driver's license
• Strong technical understanding and interest in modern production technologies
• Reliable, structured, and independent working style with a high awareness of safety
• Ability to work effectively within a team
