Allround Service Staff

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in the restaurant and support other F&B departments including banqueting, breakfast, or room service
• Welcome guests, take orders, and explain dishes and drinks in Nomad Restaurant
• Coordinate with the kitchen or manager regarding dietary requirements or special requests
• Serve food and drinks, clear tables, and reset dining areas
• Handle payments and ensure a smooth guest experience
• Prepare simple orders independently such as pouring drinks or preparing small snacks
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting or event spaces
• Prepare bars, buffets, or private dining rooms

Requirements

• Hospitality experience is a plus
• Guest-oriented mindset
• Good command of the English language
• Availability for evening shifts and flexibility regarding working hours
• Well-groomed appearance and strong team spirit
• Customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and detail-oriented
