Allocator II

Responsibilities

• Execute precise merchandise allocations to Converse stores and digital logistics centers at the style, color, and size levels.
• Manage weekly flow strategies and unit shipment forecasting to ensure optimal inventory productivity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including buying, planning, and site merchandising, to develop seasonal allocation strategies.
• Analyze sales data to achieve inventory objectives, sales targets, and specific product initiatives.
• Conduct store segmentation and seasonal analysis of size-break scales to drive higher productivity.
• Communicate floor set goals and peak season shipment forecasts to DC and store partners.
• Propose innovative allocation methods to improve sales and inventory performance.

Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
• At least 2 years of experience in Planning, Allocation, or Inventory Analyst roles.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong retail math skills.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Just Enough allocation system.
• Experience using Tableau for data visualization and analysis.
