Allocation Analyst, Wholesale Planning

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly and monthly allocation strategies across wholesale partners to support sales targets and inventory efficiency
• Analyze sell-through, inventory levels, and demand signals to inform allocation decisions and identify risks and opportunities
• Partner with the Wholesale Planning Manager to support forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on inventory availability
• Monitor in-season performance and recommend allocation adjustments to maximize revenue and minimize excess inventory
• Support reporting and ad-hoc analysis related to wholesale performance and inventory health

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in allocation, planning, merchandising, or a related analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional partnership
• Commitment to leveraging AI tools to enhance day-to-day productivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with planning systems, BI tools, or SQL
