Allocation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize in-store inventory through the formulation and execution of effective allocation strategies to drive sales and margin.
• Plan and allocate monthly floor set initial allocations using Store/Product Volume Ranking Indexes and Allocation Plan analysis.
• Manage weekly fashion replenishment based on store performance, trends, product performance, and marketing needs.
• Oversee basic replenishment models and stock balancing to ensure optimal in-stock positions.
• Collaborate with Merchants and Planners to align allocation strategies with visual, product, and promotional retail strategies.
• Analyze and update size profiles by store and product category to improve allocation accuracy.
• Develop and provide ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to influence buy plans and assortment strategies.
• Monitor store opening and remodel assortment plans to ensure appropriate initial stock levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
