About the role

Responsibilities

  • Originate new alliance-enabled sales opportunities by leveraging client insights and existing relationships.
  • Build joint pursuit strategies that align EY capabilities with Databricks offerings to meet client needs.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for progressing complex sales opportunities through the end-to-end cycle.
  • Coordinate internal EY teams and partner teams to develop tailored solutions and compelling business cases.
  • Maintain deep technical and commercial knowledge of the Databricks product roadmap and services.
  • Manage a structured sales pipeline, reporting regularly on progress, risks, and wins via CRM.
  • Drive alliance governance, including deal registration, joint marketing plans, and QBRs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B solutioning and sales, ideally within professional services or technology sectors.
  • Experience selling within an ecosystem, specifically alongside hyperscalers or major SaaS providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate and close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, solution selling, and joint value propositions.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional teams in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
  • Comfort operating within large, matrixed global organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or solution integration.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Architecture.
  • Formal sales training such as Miller Heiman, MEDDIC, or Challenger.
  • Knowledge of multi-disciplinary professional services organizations.
