Alliance Partner Executive - Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Drive Vonage's Salesforce referral business and increase pipeline and sales revenue.
• Develop and nurture relationships with Salesforce and its ecosystem partners.
• Align Vonage sales teams with Salesforce counterparts on pipeline development and active opportunities.
• Position Vonage as the premier communications partner within the Salesforce ecosystem through executive alignment and engagement with RVPs and Sales Engineering teams.
• Execute field events with Salesforce and SI partners, including both partner-facing and customer-facing events.
• Establish regular interlocks across internal and partner resources regarding alliance strategy and milestones.
• Deliver training and education to Sales, Product, and Customer Support departments regarding the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage business and technical escalations to maintain partnership momentum.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong prior experience in Alliance Partner Management or a related role.
• Proven experience in finding, recruiting, and onboarding new partners.
• Direct experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor approaches to executive-level decision makers.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex sales and relationship-based situations.
