Alliance Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and execution of new property onboarding processes, including kick-off calls and post-launch monitoring
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs for property management teams regarding Bilt platform utilization
• Oversee the property onboarding tracker to ensure smooth integration for large-scale and individual property launches
• Manage day-to-day operations and relationship development for a portfolio of alliance partnerships
• Support member services escalations for enterprise accounts by collaborating with internal teams
• Act as an operational leader for site teams and attend regional conferences to strengthen partner relationships
• Travel regularly to attend industry events and conduct in-person partner visits

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in property management, leasing, or multifamily marketing
• Proficiency with CRM systems and property management software
• Experience with technical onboarding and customer service platforms like Zendesk
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for training and educational content development
• Ability to travel 25-30% of the time for industry events and on-site support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with loyalty programs or rewards platforms
• Knowledge of property management systems such as Yardi or RealPage
• Background in resident retention programs or multifamily marketing
• Previous experience in a training or education role within the real estate industry
• Understanding of fintech or real estate technology products
