Alliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing siRNA and oligonucleotide partnerships, managing day-to-day alliance operations
• Establish and lead Joint Steering Committees (JSCs), Joint Research Committees (JRCs), and other governance bodies
• Monitor contractual milestones, deliverables, and timelines to proactively resolve issues
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including Biology, Chemistry, AI/ML, Regulatory, Legal, and Finance
• Drive successful execution of partnered programs and enable expansion opportunities
• Prepare documents and presentations for senior management to drive decision-making
• Develop a deep understanding of partner pipelines and siRNA platform capabilities
• Translate AI platform outputs and siRNA design insights into compelling partnership narratives

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.S. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related life sciences field
• 5+ years of experience in alliance management, business development, or strategic partnerships in biotech/biopharma
• Working knowledge of oligonucleotide therapeutics, particularly siRNA biology and drug development
• Experience managing complex, multi-party research or licensing collaborations
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like Linear or Notion
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in drug discovery
• Experience negotiating term sheets, CDAs, MTAs, or master research collaboration agreements
• Existing network within the oligonucleotide therapeutics ecosystem
• Ability to work across time zones and travel for business events
