Alliance Development Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and strategic alliances with companies, government agencies, and key partners.
• Coordinate revenue generation initiatives for TecVentures and VPAF units, including event sales, space rentals, sponsorships, and continuing education.
• Act as a commercial catalyst by aligning local campus needs with national business unit strategies.
• Optimize campus space utilization and ensure operational feasibility in collaboration with internal departments like maintenance, security, and communications.
• Manage the full administrative cycle of commercial initiatives, including contracts, billing, vendor payments, and budget control.
• Analyze commercial performance indicators such as revenue, profitability, space occupancy, and NPS.
• Execute marketing campaigns and on-campus activations to promote local and national products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial management, business development, institutional relations, or operations administration.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate studies in Administration, Commercial Management, Innovation, or Institutional Development.
• Experience using CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Certifications in project management or digital marketing.
• Training in leadership, negotiation, and customer service.
