Alliance Development Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and strategic alliances with companies, government agencies, and key partners.
• Coordinate revenue-generating initiatives for TecVentures and VPAF units, including event sales, space rentals, sponsorships, and continuing education.
• Act as a commercial catalyst by aligning local campus needs with national business unit strategies.
• Optimize campus space utilization and ensure operational feasibility in collaboration with internal departments like maintenance, security, and communications.
• Manage the full administrative cycle of commercial initiatives, including contracts, billing, vendor payments, and budget control.
• Analyze commercial performance indicators such as revenue, profitability, space occupancy, and NPS.
• Execute marketing campaigns and campus activations to promote local and national products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas, engineering, communication, marketing, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial management, business development, institutional relations, or operations administration.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce, is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate studies in administration, commercial management, innovation, or institutional development.
• Certifications in project management or digital marketing.
• Proven experience in cross-functional project coordination and leading initiatives involving both internal and external stakeholders.
