Alliance Concierge

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-the-ground point of contact for partner leasing and operations teams during product rollouts
• Guide partners through implementation, including go-to-market plans, goals, and timelines
• Support clients through change management, helping teams integrate AI into core processes
• Take ownership of strategic accounts and translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product and account management teams
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with partner teams through data-driven conversations
• Travel within the Chicago region to be on-site with partners for launches, training, and check-ins
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and manage multiple concurrent rollouts

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in AI, implementation, customer success, account management, or operations
• Must currently live in Chicago
• Willingness to travel regionally up to every week for on-site partner support
• Strong training and change-management skills to drive product adoption
• Excellent project management and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily, property management, or proptech
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, or MRI
• Background in B2B SaaS implementation or customer experience
• Experience managing partner relationships as an embedded resource
