Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage allergic and immunologic conditions including food, drug, and environmental allergies
• Perform and interpret diagnostic testing such as skin prick, intradermal, and patch testing
• Initiate and manage allergen immunotherapy (subcutaneous and/or sublingual)
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing patient management
• Educate patients on allergen avoidance and emergency management
• Collaborate with family physicians and other specialists to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

Requirements

• Medical degree with licensure in Ontario or eligibility through CPSO
• Fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology (Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada)
• Strong clinical expertise in outpatient allergy practice
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with immunotherapy programs
