Allergist Immunologist Physician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with allergies, asthma, and immunologic conditions
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history and physical exams
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including immunotherapy and medication management
• Perform procedures such as allergy skin testing, spirometry, and oral food challenges
• Collaborate with other medical specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Engage in clinical research initiatives, including designing and conducting clinical trials
• Analyze research data and collaborate with teams to publish findings in medical journals

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics
• Successful completion of a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology
• Board certified or board eligible in Allergy and Immunology (ABAI)
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in California
• Hands-on experience with allergy testing, spirometry, and immunotherapy

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of post-fellowship clinical experience
• Experience in a clinical or private practice setting
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Expertise in immunotherapy and biologic treatments
• Experience in writing research protocols or publishing research
