All Source Network Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues related to Weapons of Mass Destruction Counter Proliferation (WMD-CP).
• Provide analytic support to collections, operations, and investigations to inform senior leadership decision-making.
• Utilize structured analytic techniques (e.g., Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Red Team Analysis) to mitigate bias and strengthen arguments.
• Produce timely, concise, and logical analytic reports, assessments, and briefing materials.
• Collaborate with Intelligence Community (IC) members to drive collection requirements and resolve analytic disputes.
• Develop and maintain structured research while adhering to strict security and data protocols.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
• 8+ years of relevant intelligence analysis experience, including recent experience within the last 2 years.
• Proven experience performing under ICD 203/6 standards (DIA and IC writing).
• Strong knowledge of CWMD (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and missile) threats.
• Deep understanding of IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and lead teams in researching multifaceted problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to intelligence or national security.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in high-level briefing.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a highly-collaborative setting.
