All-round Logistiek Medewerker

Responsibilities

• Manage the smooth handling of incoming and outgoing goods, including bulk, pieces, raw materials, and packaging.
• Perform administrative tasks (~40%) such as receiving drivers, coordinating with the shop floor, handling documentation, and managing customs administration and imports.
• Execute logistical tasks (~60%) including unloading raw materials, sampling, inventory management, and supplying factories with necessary materials.
• Utilize WMS, EDI, and SAP systems to maintain accurate stock records and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including ADR inspections.
• Work within the SPDQCM framework (Safety, Productivity, Delivery, Quality, Cost & Motivation) to meet daily site goals.

Requirements

• MBO level of thinking and working, preferably with knowledge of site logistics flows.
• Proficiency in using administrative systems such as SAP and Barcode scanning.
• Knowledge of LEAN methodologies.
• Valid Forklift certificate (Heftruckcertificaat) and VCA certificate.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain stress-resistant in a dynamic environment.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with various internal and external parties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with terminal trucks.
• Prior experience in a chemical or industrial production environment.
