About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a memorable and professional 5-star service experience
- Advise guests on food and beverage offerings with enthusiasm
- Engage with guests across breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening dining
- Assist guests with menu choices and take reservations
- Boost revenue through upselling and creative initiatives
- Share knowledge of hotel stories, promotions, and preparations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of serving or hosting experience in luxury hospitality
- Understanding of 5-star hospitality standards
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, holidays, and various meal times
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Experience with OpenTable
- Industry-related certifications such as WSET
