Alignment Vibration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform machine condition assessments using alignment, vibration, and 3D measurements
• Execute corrective maintenance and install new components, including bearings, seals, and couplings
• Supervise the assembly and disassembly of propulsion components
• Assist with in-situ machining work at bearing positions
• Prepare technical reports and discuss findings directly with customers on-site

Requirements

• MBO 4 or HBO degree in mechanical or maritime engineering (or equivalent experience)
• General knowledge of rotating machines and mechanical operations
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and procedures
• Willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours
• Valid Driver's license B

Preferred Qualifications

• Several years of experience in the maritime sector, preferably as a field service engineer
• VCA-VOL and/or offshore certifications
