Responsibilities

• Design and develop new AI/ML libraries in Python and C/C++ to support scalable, high-performance machine learning workflows
• Enhance and maintain existing libraries to ensure robust performance
• Integrate developed libraries seamlessly with broader application architectures and pipelines
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
• Collaborate with data scientists and research engineers to translate requirements into efficient solutions
• Develop clear, maintainable documentation for all components, APIs, and workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in C/C++ development
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and deployment workflows
• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining libraries
• Familiarity with cross-platform development and build systems like CMake or Make
• Proficiency with version control (Git)
• Experience in mentoring junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in integrating C/C++ libraries with Python or Java
• Exposure to CUDA, OpenCL, or other GPU programming frameworks
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX C/C++ APIs
• Knowledge of performance profiling tools and optimization techniques
