Algorithm Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy cutting-edge perception and deep learning models, including computer vision and large language models (VLMs/LLMs), for real-time autonomous driving.
• Design models to forecast behaviors and intentions of surrounding vehicles, pedestrians, and dynamic agents.
• Explore algorithms for vehicle localization, environment representation, and motion planning to support safe, human-like driving.
• Build simulation platforms with realistic sensor modeling and 3D environment reconstruction to accelerate technology validation.
• Develop high-fidelity simulation scenarios and AI-driven methodologies for simulation evaluation.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Physics, Computer Vision, Graphics, Machine Learning, Automation, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date before December 2026.
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Python, including knowledge of latest features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• A passion for innovation in the autonomous vehicle industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Published research in leading conferences such as NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, ECCV, IROS, or ICRA.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) or Vision Language Models (VLM).
• Experience participating in open-source competitions or challenges related to autonomous driving.
