Algorithm Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end AI infrastructure and automation toolchain for ADAS workflows, including design, setup, deployment, and validation.
• Drive technical decisions regarding batch pipelines, model deployment frameworks, and local LLM enablement.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between Algorithm, Infrastructure/DevOps, and Data teams.
• Improve development efficiency, deployment scalability, and overall system stability.
• Manage complex dependencies across tools, environments, data pipelines, and automation processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python is required.
• Strong familiarity with Linux environments.
• Experience with scripting using Python or Shell.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Understanding of AI model workflows, specifically training and inference.
• Strong software troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in model deployment.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) or local model deployment.
