Aladdin Strategic Relationship Manager - Director

Responsibilities

• Own and support day-to-day engagement with senior stakeholders (CIO, COO, CTO, CFO) at complex institutional clients.
• Identify, shape, and close commercial growth opportunities and renewals across the existing client base.
• Serve as the account quarterback, managing meeting agendas, action tracking, and executive-ready client materials.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, legal, and implementation teams to deliver an integrated client experience.
• Maintain fluency across Aladdin's capabilities, including risk, portfolio management, and data tools.
• Utilize AI and data automation tools to improve productivity and synthesize client information.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or enterprise technology within financial services or FinTech.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in strategic account planning or pipeline development.
• Proven ability to communicate complex investment and technology concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with buy-side investment management workflows or institutional investment organizations.
• Proficiency in using AI and data tools to enhance client engagement and workflow efficiency.
• Strong organizational discipline to manage multiple global workstreams and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Aladdin, eFront, or other enterprise investment platforms.
• Background working with asset managers, insurers, or wealth platforms.
• Familiarity with public and private market workflows, including risk and performance reporting.
• Technical skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI, or workflow automation.
• Relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM, CAIA, or CIMA.
