Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement stimulating, meaningful, and varied activities for residents
• Promote physical health, mental well-being, and social community based on individual interests
• Support colleagues in performing minor activities on the wards
• Build contacts and develop collaborations with local organizations, schools, municipalities, and volunteers

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills
• Service-oriented and responsible personality
• Creative mindset to enhance the daily lives of residents

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with activities and activation, both individually and in groups
