Responsibilities

• Provide on-site assistance to auto insurance policyholders in accordance with general policy conditions.
• Determine liability in traffic accidents following the AMIS (Asociación de Compañías Mexicanas de Seguros) guide and local, state, or federal traffic regulations.
• Examine, investigate, and quantify the causes of claims by analyzing statements, location, time, policy coverage, and damage consistency.
• Identify and escalate potential fraud cases for formal investigation.
• Maintain high service and quality indicators through digital claim registration.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in customer service and/or claims adjusting.
• Valid auto claims adjuster license (cédula vigente).
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of the AMIS liability guide and traffic regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and mobile device usage.
• Ability to work in Silao, Guanajuato.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• Basic English language skills.
