Ajudante Predial (Civil)

Responsibilities

• Support civil maintenance services in industrial, administrative, and operational areas, including masonry, painting, industrial flooring, and structures.
• Assist in internal works, layout adjustments, and building improvements based on engineering and maintenance demands.
• Prepare, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper waste disposal according to environmental standards.
• Support the conservation and organization of production areas following cleaning and 5S practices.
• Collaborate with maintenance, utilities, and engineering teams to support building inspections and identify preventive and corrective maintenance needs.
• Comply with internal procedures, occupational safety standards, and the correct use of PPE.

Requirements

• Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred).
• Experience in building maintenance or civil construction.
• Basic knowledge of civil construction, including plastering, painting, and simple tiling/setting.
• Basic knowledge of occupational safety and industrial safety standards (NRs).
• Familiarity with manual and simple electric tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of 5S practices and preventive maintenance.
• Previous experience in industrial environments (metallurgical, automotive, compressors, etc.).
• Basic safety certifications, such as NR-18 and NR-35.
• Experience with industrial building maintenance routines.
