AIT Manager - Electronics

Responsibilities

• Manage the Assembly, Integration, and Test (AI&T) portion of electronic product programs to meet customer and company expectations.
• Act as a unit ambassador, communicating with internal stakeholders to plan and execute manufacturing and production activities.
• Organize and apply necessary resources to manage the AI&T lifecycle for programs or products.
• Prepare detailed schedules to monitor daily progress and conduct regular assessments of costs and estimates to completion.
• Negotiate with program managers regarding products, resources, funding, and methods.
• Participate in product and design kick-off meetings to ensure manufacturing line compatibility.
• Define performance metrics and implement improvement sequences for electronic products.
• Conduct supplier follow-ups and lead the commissioning of new equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in program/project management or project engineering for electronic products.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in microelectronics or micro-fabrication.
• Knowledge of clean-room environments.
• Proven experience in risk management, financial oversight, and contract/subcontract management.
• Compliance knowledge regarding U.S. ITAR regulations.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Ability to obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level and pass the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment.
