AIT Engineer - Power Systems

Responsibilities

• Assemble and verify power subsystem components, serving as the primary point of contact for manufacturing issues.
• Identify production bottlenecks and improve workflows for power subsystem components.
• Conduct hardware inspection, verification, and assembly.
• Represent AIT Engineering across various projects and technical disciplines.
• Contribute to power subsystem designs, production ramp-up, and mission-critical troubleshooting.
• Apply system-level understanding and hands-on spacecraft testing experience to ensure mission success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the development, integration, testing, or production of complex power systems.
• Deep technical expertise in electrical engineering and system-level architectures.
• Proven experience in hardware integration, verification, and configuration management.
• Strong track record in enabling Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) and Design-for-Testability (DFT) in high-reliability environments.
• Experience mentoring engineers/technicians and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and root cause analysis.
