AIS Production Support - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end functional support for the ISS application, ensuring timely resolution of user issues
• Manage application incidents and queries via ticketing systems, email, phone, and automated alerts
• Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technology teams for support and enhancements
• Oversee daily ticket queues and operational tasks, ensuring effective prioritization
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose sustainable, long-term solutions
• Prepare and execute functional test cases for system releases and changes
• Create and maintain clear documentation for processes, configurations, and issue resolutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technology, MBA in Finance, or a related discipline
• Strong functional understanding of investment service applications
• Proven experience in application support, managing incidents, and service requests
• Solid knowledge of IT service management processes and ticketing tools
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, including the ability to investigate P&L allocations and management fees
• Ability to work night shifts as required by business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting hedge fund NAV accounting and transfer agency (TA) operations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technology teams, and external partners
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
