AIS PMO Vice President/Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Support AIS PMO activities by managing project artifacts, including tracking and reporting on project and program functions.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations to drive successful execution.
• Lead end-to-end planning and management for small to medium-sized projects or specific workstreams within larger strategic initiatives.
• Ensure project requirements and mandates are fully scoped, documented, and managed.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risk areas for project activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in business and IT, as well as external clients, to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate working group sessions to drive initiatives forward and obtain stakeholder consensus.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic planning and operating model transformations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial markets, business analysis, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of project and systems development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or CFA certification.
• Experience with diverse project types, including client conversions, technology upgrades, or regulatory initiatives.
