AIS Investor Services Vice President

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day Investor Services operations for client-sponsored hedge funds and private equity funds.
• Lead financial transaction processing, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and wire payments.
• Manage client and investor communications, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex queries.
• Oversee risk and control frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency through transformational opportunities and process improvements.
• Manage large teams, focusing on talent development, performance planning, and staff retention.
• Own team budgets and ensure all transitions are completed within estimated costs.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to meet deadlines and requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 16 years of relevant work experience in financial services.
• University degree in accounting, business, mathematics, finance, or economics.
• Strong experience in alternative investor services.
• Deep knowledge of Hedge Funds, Private Equity, or Real Asset funds.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, PowerBI, SharePoint).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work European or North American shift hours and attend calls during non-local business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of innovation and experience with large-scale team building or migrations.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of VBA.
• Experience in middle office, custody, accounting, or reporting functions within fund administration.
