Airport Supervisory Programme

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest handling across airport touch-points to ensure top-tier service and compliance with safety and brand standards
• Meet KPIs, ancillary revenue, and customer service targets
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations, briefings, and updates
• Manage flight editing and special guest requirements including VIP and PRM categories
• Liaise with control teams to handle disruptions, emergencies, and service recovery
• Identify and report safety and security risks to ensure operational compliance

Requirements

• UAE National with a valid family book
• Bachelor's degree completed within the last three years
• Aged 21 or older
• Completion or permanent exemption certificate from UAE National Service (for males)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
• Willingness to work at international airports outside the UAE
